Torgiano

In Torgiano, the heart and soul of the Group, our staff welcomes you at the Winery, at the start- ing point for guided tours (*) of the facilities for vinification up to the maturation in casks and barriques and the bottle aging cellar. After the tour, in the Wine shop – or at Osteria del Museo, in the centre of Torgiano – tasting with information provided by professional sommeliers on the wines, grappas and extra virgin olive oil.

The visit is more complete if it also includes the well-cared-for vineyards on rolling hills that demon- strate our “ecofriendly” cultivation techniques and the biomass furnace where we have begun to produce our energy from the vine-pruning residues, the first biomass project of this type in Europe

Montefalco

In Turrita di Montefalco the winery is housed in a villa with 17th-century architecture and a 360° view of the countryside, surrounded by vineyards. A little jewel of logistics in the technical aspects, where grape loading and vinification are conveyed using grav- ity. Attention for the environment that is so strong in Torgiano with the production of re- newable energy from vineyard pruning residues is translated here in Turrita with the use of organic viticolture in the estate’s 20 hectares of vines. Elegant and welcoming reception rooms emphasize the convivial nature of wine.
