Bianco di Torgiano DOC
One of Italy’s first DOC wines and winner of the prestigious Almanacco del Berebene 2008 National Oscar award.

- type of wine: young white
- grape varietal: 70% Trebbiano and 30% Grechetto
- harvest: mid-September for Grechetto, end of September for Trebbiano
- vinification: produced exclusively with free-run juice, after brief cryomaceration, it is vinified in stainless steel at low temperature
- colour: brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections
- bouquet: fresh and fruity, with clear hints of citrus, white flowers and fresh fruit salad; long and intense scents with an almond-like finish
- flavour: dry and with good body, it evolves into a fresh, fragrant and delicately fruity acidic vein; easy to drink, it is pleasantly long on the finish
- alcohol by volume: 12%
- consumption: best when fresh, within one or two years
- food affinities: an excellent aperitif that matches with brio pasta dishes, risotto, white meats, fish and crustaceans, charcuterie
- serving: at 10-12°C (50-54°F) in stem glasses for white wines
