Bianco dell’Umbria IGT
Fresh and easy to drink since it is not completely dry; inimitable in all seasons but particularly in summer. Thanks to its particolar process of cryomaceration, it is ready in November, just a few days after the harvest and many months before the release of other white wines

- grape varietal: Grechetto, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio in equal parts

- vinification: in stainless steel with cryo-maceration
- colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
- bouquet: fresh and fragrant, it recalls the scent of white fruits and delicate floral notes; persistent, the finish is pleasantly fruity
- flavour: lively, delicately acidic, round and slightly sweet; with medium structure, it is long and refreshing on the palate
- alcohol by volume: 11.5%
- consumption: young, easy to drink, a wine that is excellent for all seasons
- food affinities: hors-d’oeuvres, soups, pasta, fish and white meats; not completely dry, it is also an excellent match with fruit pies
- serving: at 8°-10°C (46-50°F), in stem glass for fresh white wines
