Umbria Chardonnay IGT
A dry white, it has the elegant lightness required even of a structured white wine. Lovely straw yellow in colour, delicate and fruity, it releases notes of fresh fruit with hints of white peach, banana and mango, recalling hazelnuts and almond on the finish; the aftertaste is fragrant and fresh with a slightly bitter finish.

- vinificationFrom free-run juice, after a brief cryomaceration, it is vinified at low temperature in stainless steel vats and kept on the fine lees until bottling
- food pairingsAn excellent aperitif, suitable for starters, pasta with seafood, soups, fish and seafood, meat or vegetable flans, fried foods, crostini with liver or olive paté. Serve at 10-12°C (50-54°F)

The stylized motif on the label is inspired by the four-lobed 14th-century lozenges that decorate the façade of the Perugia Cathedral: a balance of forms that interprets not only history and elegance but modernism as well.
